Neds Atomic Dustbin – Mount Seymour

Bring an extra wheel set for this one as its one of the fastest, roughest, longest and fun descents on Seymour.  This trail is great when ridden on a full downhill bike but can also be ridden at a slower pace on a cross Country bike. 

Access to Trail: Neds is primarily a shuttle access trail and is a great follow up after riding CBC on the upper part of the mountain.  Parking can be found at Lot 1 (when starting with CBC ) and at the Vancouver Picnic area lot off of Mount Seymour Road. This parking lot is referred to as the “mushroom lot” by the locals. Please obey the seasonal parking fees.
