Sun Peaks’ Bike Park is located on the unceded traditional territory of the Secwépemc Peoples, known as Skwelkwek’welt.

Sun Peaks is built for riders who want more out of every lap. More terrain and more time on the bike, without the crowds.

Across two mountains, the Sun Peaks Bike Park offers over 89 km of lift-access trails and 595 m of vertical. From smooth flow trails to technical downhill lines, the terrain is designed for progression at your own pace. The Progression Park, with carpet lift access, makes it easy to get started and build confidence quickly.

Beyond the bike park, the ‘Altitude’ alpine loop is an 8 km chairlift-assisted ride through wildflower meadows and forest on Mount Tod, finishing with a rewarding descent back to the village.

Off the lifts, the free Mt. Morrisey trail network adds a third mountain of riding, with forested singletrack maintained by the Sun Peaks Recreational Trail Association (SPRTA). Valley and village trails connect it all, so you can keep riding without needing to leave.

Everything starts and ends in a bike-friendly village at the base of the lifts, where it is easy to refuel, reset, and head back out for another lap.

If coming from the Lower Mainland take Highway 5 north and from Calgary Highway 1 west to Highway 5 north, exiting at Tod Mountain Road by Heffley Creek.
