Begin The Journey

Follow this itinerary for a week-long road trip exploring BC’s Interior and visit the region’s many breweries after laps down world-class trails.

Kamloops

Start Kamloops

Start your road trip in Kamloops to ride fast and flowly trails through sagebrush hills. Climb the switchbacks of Pineview before riding Beer Run down. Check out the Kamloops Bike Ranch or shuttle laps on Harper Mountain. Be sure to fuel up at Hello Toast for breakfast and try the local breweries for post-ride pints.

Shuswap

Stop 1 Shuswap

Next up, tackle the trails in Shuwap and Salmon Arm. Ride the 38-km Larch Hills Traverse from Salmon Arm to Sicamous, indulge in dinner and brews at the Barley Station Brew Pub, and overnight at the Artist’s House Bed and Breakfast.

Stop 2 Golden

Keep heading east and stop in Golden. Ride LSD into Canyon Creek trail in the Moonrakers trail network and check out the Mount 7 network for downhill shuttle laps. Don't miss out on having a beer on the grassy patio at Whitetooth Brewing.

Stop 3 Valemount

Stare out the window on the scenic drive along the Icefields Parkway between Golden and Valemount. Spend the whole day riding laps in the Valemount Bike Park and head to Three Ranges Brewing for post-ride brews.

Revelstoke

Stop 4 Revelstoke

The alpine trail network in Revelstoke is the draw. Ride the iconic Frisby Ridge for alpine views and epic singletrack over 12 km (7.5 mi) or explore more than 70 trails in the Mount Macpherson network. Take to downtown and stroll the streets for cozy cafes, shops, and quaint eateries.

Vancouver

Finish Vancouver

Journey back to Vancouver, or to wherever home may be. Check out Chu Chua, north of Barriere, to ride trails developed by the local First Nation and stop in Lytton for a network of trails to keep you riding for another week. Finish the journey on Vancouver’s North Shore
